1. say no to regrets

3. stand tall, sit straight
- posture can give good effect. it increase your self-esteem and makes you look slimmer and helps boost body confidence.
4. tea time
- tea is rich in antioxidants which have health benefit. green tea lower the risk of heart disease.
5. go to bed early
- sleep helps your body and mind to replenish itself, recharge and reboot.
