how to feel fabulous

1. say no to regrets
  • everyone make mistakes. acknowledge and admit to it then move on.
2. snack smarter
  • choose your snack right. don't stuff yourself with greasy food. pick nuts like almond or hazelnut.
3. stand tall, sit straight
  • posture can give good effect. it increase your self-esteem and makes you look slimmer and helps boost body confidence.
4. tea time
  • tea is rich in antioxidants which have health benefit. green tea lower the risk of heart disease.
5. go to bed early
  • sleep helps your body and mind to replenish itself, recharge and reboot.
